We provide free shipping within the contiguous United States on orders over $75 in value. For items shipped outside of the contiguous United States, additional freight costs and handling fees will apply, in which case we will use our preferred carriers to guarantee the least possible costs to you. So there’s no confusion, you will always be able to review your shipping costs during the checkout. If we’re unable to ship to your location, we’ll contact you via email to make the necessary adjustments to your order.
Standard Ground Shipping: Small Parcel FedEx and UPS Items
Based on the size and weight of your product, we’ll determine how it should be shipped. For small parcel items, we ship through USPS or UPS. Most items shipped through USPS or UPS are shipped without a signature required. To require a signature, please leave us a note in the comment field in your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Estimated Shipping Time
Order processing time is 1-2 business days. All items are shipped from Chicago, Illinois. Shipping within the US on average takes 3-4 business days with an exception in Chicago and Illinois it is 1-2 business day. Delivery time to California usually takes 4-5 business days.
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged product, you will have the option to refuse delivery and document specific damages to the product on the delivery receipt. Notify us via email support@travelteli.com with the details of the damage so that we can return or exchange your merchandise. If the damage is not discovered immediately at the time of the delivery, we allow 10 business days after delivery for customers to send us a claim with supporting documentation and photos. This window might be extended with custom items. We’ll review and approve the claim within 7 days. If the claim is approved, we’ll send you free replacement parts for the damaged goods at no additional cost to you.
Cancellation
Cancellations must be submitted via email support@travelteli.com page within 24 hours of the order being placed. If the order is canceled after 24 hours, we will make our best efforts to cancel the order and will respond to your cancellation request via email. If you purchased an item that is subject to restocking fees and the order has already been placed in production or shipped, a restocking fee will apply. Please refer to the item detail page to see if the item you purchased has a restocking fee.
Standard Shipping, If you opt for Standard Shipping and the package becomes stolen or lost. Tote&Carry will not be responsible if the carrier shows "DELIVERED". Please purchase the shipping insurance for your order".
Travelteli is not responsible for any packages showing ‘Delivered’. Travelteli will not be offering to reship, refund, or reprocess any orders that were shipped to the customer’s provided shipping address. It is solely the customer’s responsibility to check shipping updates and be available to receive the ordered packages.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase and you want to return you item, a restocking fee will be added (15% from the value of your purchase).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Only regular priced items may be returned.
A return label is not provided unless the customer paid for the shipping of their order.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
